The most recent and still evolving awareness centre, the solar plexus brings emotional awareness. The wisdom of this centre is harvested over time. Also a motor centre, emotional fuel can drive us into action, and sometimes into chaos!
50% of the planet has this centre defined, the other 50% has it undefined. This mechanic alone results in many of our relationship challenges with the people we love.
